"The changing area was okay overall. It was..."
The changing area was okay overall. It was a bit muddy, but nothing too bad, and it was still easy enough to get changed.

"Fun but a Little Sketchy"
I had a really good time in the mud, even though I was also kind of over it by the end. The terrain got tricky in spots, but somehow it still felt manageable. It was challenging without being too much, though I definitely questioned that a few times while I was out there.

"Did anyone else feel like this wasn’t worth it?"
I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t feel worth the money to me. The obstacles felt kind of cheap and not as sturdy or fun as I expected. Maybe I’m being picky, but I’d be curious if anyone else had the same experience.

"Smooth Check-In, Parking Could Be Better"
Check-in was smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. I do have a high standard when it comes to convenience, so the parking situation felt a bit messy to me. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely be more organized

"Clear pricing"
I liked that the price was shown upfront. No surprise fees at checkout.

"I had kind of mixed feelings..."
I had kind of mixed feelings about this event. The race itself ended up being fine, but before the day, I tried asking about parking and wave times and never really got a clear answer. It made things more stressful than they needed to be, and I felt a bit ignored. Not the best way to start the experience

"Fun run, but the water situation was a letdown"
I had a good time at the start, but as the race went on, it got frustrating trying to find water. The few stops I saw had long lines, which is not ideal during a muddy run when you really need to stay hydrated. It made me lose a bit of trust in how well the event was organized.

"Refund policy feels a bit unfair"
The refund rules felt harsh to me. There’s no refund, and even transferring costs extra, which kind of makes it feel like they set it up so you’re stuck paying no matter what.

"Fun for the kids, but the waiting dragged"
My kids had a blast doing the mud run, so in my mind that’s the main win. But the lines were long, and after a while it started to feel like we spent more time waiting than actually doing stuff. Fun day overall, just wish it moved a little quicker.

"I went to Mud Factor with a few..."
I went to Mud Factor with a few friends and overall it was a fun, easy experience. The venue wasn’t hard to find, parking was close enough, and the signs made it simple to figure out where to go. The only minor downside was that the walk to check-in got muddy quickly, so it wasn’t the easiest if you had a stroller or weren’t ready to get your shoes dirty right away. The staff was helpful and pointed us in the right direction, which made things smoother. I’d definitely just recommend wearing shoes you don’t mind messing up

"Nice photos, but kinda pricey"
The photos came out really clear, so I was happy with that. I just kept wishing there were a few more angles to choose from, you know? Overall they looked good, but the price felt a little high for what I got.

"Picked the worst time to go"
I went to Mudfactor expecting a fun day out, and I think we just hit it at the worst possible time. It was so crowded that it was hard to really enjoy anything, lines everywhere, people packed in, and it felt like we were waiting around more than actually doing the course.
Some of the obstacles got backed up fast, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than fun. Maybe it would’ve been better earlier in the day or on a less busy weekend, but they definitely need to space people out more or sell fewer tickets...

"Pretty dull vibe"
The atmosphere was flat. I was hoping for a fun night, but the whole place felt kind of lame and lifeless, like nobody bothered to bring any energy. Bit of a buzzkill, to be honest.

"Parking was easier than I expected"
I went to Mud Factor parking was easy. The lot was close enough to the event, so we didn’t have to do some endless walk just to get there. Leaving took a little while because of all the cars, but it wasn’t terrible. A bit more traffic direction probably could’ve made that delay preventable, but overall it was still convenient

"Totally worth it, had a blast"
Paid for me and a friend it was worth every bit. Mud was absolutely everywhere, the staff were really chill, and we ended up laughing pretty much the whole time. Not too pricey for a full day out either. I blame whoever runs this for making it way more fun than I expected.

"Fun mud run, but first-timer info was kind of lacking"
I did my first mudfactor the course itself was really fun. Lots of mud, good energy, all that. But as someone going in for the first time, the info was... not great. Parking, packet pickup, what to bring, start times, it all felt a little unclear, like we were piecing it together as we went. The staff did help when we asked, which was nice, but still, it would’ve been way better if the basics were laid out more clearly ahead of time.

"Pretty frustrating from what I remember"
Thinking back on it, the staff and volunteers really weren’t much help when we asked even basic questions. I remember feeling like nobody really knew what was going on, and we mostly just got brushed off. It made the whole day frustrating, i wouldn’t do it again.

"Start wave actually started on time"
Had a really good day at mudfactor. Our start wave actually went off right when it was supposed to, how often does that happen?? It made the whole morning feel way less rushed and stressful.

Check-in was simple, the flow was smooth, and we didn’t feel like we were just standing around forever wondering what was going on?? That alone made a big difference.

I’ve been to other events where the times slip a lot, so this was such a nice change. Overall, super solid experience and I’d definitely do it again.

"I went along to watch my husband and..."
I went along to watch my husband and son do Mud Factor and brought our younger kids with me. We weren’t taking part, just spectating, but it still ended up being a really fun day out for all of us.

Parking was easy, and the staff were helpful about pointing us in the right direction. We could see plenty of the muddy sections without having to walk too far, which was great with kids. They loved cheering everyone on and laughing at all the slips and splashes.

My only tip is to bring extra shoes, towels, or a blanket for the car because things get messy fast. Overall, it was simple, fun, and useful as a family outing. Everyone left happy and smiling.

"Bag check made the day so much easier"
The bag check was super handy after the run. It felt like the right kind of support to have in place, since nobody wants people stressed out or wandering around tired trying to track down their stuff. The staff found my bag really quickly, and the whole thing was easy and hassle-free.
